The hotel's location in a quiet area just behind the mall is perfect. It is really close to the train station and the tube, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is fantastic, with a wide variety of options.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring London, as it is close to the main centre and easily accessible by tube. From the Ealing Broadway station, it takes just over half an hour to reach Oxford Circus. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with big windows and a large, modern TV. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The Full English breakfast is delicious and satisfying, and the on-site pub offers great food. there is parking available for guests.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as bedside lights and a table lamp for the desk are lacking.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our visit to London. It was conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Ealing Broadway Tube Station, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved that the hotel was situated in a quiet area, just behind the mall, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a hot shower with good pressure. We especially enjoyed the home-cooked breakfast, which felt like it was prepared with lots of love and care. this hotel provided great value for money and we can't wait to come back for our next stay!
